A.V. Pyrate Known for her flip hairdo and her mastery of nails (no, not the painted kind), A.V Pyrate is the stern taskmistress of the Pyrate Sister's cottage industry -- as well as a pioneer in the field of glass cuisine.

The Lady Aye Pyrate: Born on a small island off the coast of America, she was educated abroad in the feminine arts: embroidery, poisoning, and the gentle art of nose/object insertion. She serves as the Pyrate Sisters' etiquette officer.

Others?: Rumors abound that there me be other Pyrate Sisters scattered between the four corners of the earth yet to be discovered...

 

The Pyrate Sisters (simply pronounced "pirate") is an all-girl sideshow featuring glass eating, glass walking, straightjacket striptease, escapism, human blockhead, burlesque and a "sparkly, red, girl-shaped bed of nails."   The show also features audience-participation contests, including one in which audience members compete to tell the best lie, and one in which the Sisters determine who among the audience can display the most bizarre talent. The Pyrate Sisters have performed at Pete's Candy Store, The Museum of Sex and the Pyramid Club. There will be free chocolate doubloons for all.
